Web Design
I've been working with websites almost as long as I've used a computer. I've been fascinated by information access, and I've also been fascinated by differing design tastes and different ways of displaying the same information.
I'd been poking and prodding with various WYSIWYG editors until about two years ago, when I got caught up in the web standards movement. I've improved my skills, and now I churn out valid XHTML and CSS webpages without a problem.
However, that's only half the equation: I do my own web design, and I've done design for several websites. Here is a selection of my work.

My toughest critic is myself, and I'm constantly revising the work that I do in hope that it creates overall benefit to visitors. Unfortunately, that means going through several different redesigns of my website.
Calc.org
I volunteered assistance in the redesign of calc.org, and this stuff is what remains.
Outdone TI
While I was active in the aforementioned graphing calculator programming community, my work was distributed through the name of the calculator programming group "Outdone TI", a group a friend and I started. This is the website.
Geek Without a Cause
Geek Without a Cause has been my little pet project for a short while and I hope will be the continuation of my work for years to come. It allows my professional side to distance itself from my personal side, something I was battling with in previous versions of my website.
